Participation in the competition is free of charge.

Photos must be taken within the boundaries of Alanya and submitted by 23:59 on July 1, 2024.

There is no age limit for participants in the competition since Sea Feast in Alanya is a celebration for all ages. However, participants under 18 years of age will be required to provide identification and parental consent if they win a prize. Each participant may submit a maximum of 1 photograph.

The competition is open to all amateur and professional photographers residing in our country, except for employees of the organizing body Alanya Municipality, the competition coordination team, and the Selection Committee, as well as their immediate family members.

Photos must not contain elements of terrorism, political messages, racism, violence, hatred, suicide, anything offensive to Alanya or its people, explicit sexuality, or nudity. Photos containing such elements will be disqualified.

The Selection Committee may request the original and unprocessed versions of the photos if necessary. Failure to provide these upon request will result in disqualification.

Basic photographic adjustments such as color correction, sharpness, dust removal, and acceptable levels of photographic intervention in terms of contrast are allowed. However, the documentary nature of the photograph should not be altered.

Participants are responsible for ensuring compliance with administrative and technical measures for the processing and transfer of personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law.

Participants must inform individuals and obtain explicit consent when processing photographs of real persons under the relevant law. By submitting photos to the competition, participants accept that individuals depicted in the photos consent to their capture and submission to a competition, as well as their publication in visual, internet, and print media. Participants bear responsibility for photos that are not transferred in accordance with relevant laws.

Collages created from multiple photographs, photos taken with a mobile phone, and drone shots are acceptable.

Participants affirm that all photos submitted are their own work, have obtained all necessary permissions, and acknowledge that using others' images without permission or misrepresenting authorship is a violation.

Alanya Municipality may request high-resolution digital files from participants for the top 100 photos selected based on the highest number of likes.

Alanya Municipality reserves the right to cancel or postpone the entire competition or part thereof under suitable conditions. They also have the right to determine the methods and rules to be applied in case of cancellation or postponement.

Alanya Municipality is authorized to make any necessary changes, including changes to the rules, program, evaluation, and awarding procedures, to resolve issues and uncertainties.

Participants acknowledge that all photos uploaded for the competition are entirely their own, were taken within the borders of Turkey or Alanya as appropriate to the subject matter, and all permissions have been obtained. Any contrary behavior constitutes a violation of the rules.

Any manipulation or alteration of a submitted photo that misrepresents the authorship of the work, even if it does not belong to the participant, constitutes a violation and will be processed accordingly.

Alanya Tourism Promotion Foundation (ALTAV) may request original files of award-winning photos for exhibition purposes, with a minimum short edge of 2200 pixels and a bit depth of 300 DPI.

The results of the competition will be announced on the pages and social media accounts of Alanya Municipality and ALTAV (Alanya Tourism Promotion Foundation).
